BOOTY AND ABS ya two fav areas, wearing @beaybl 🍑 . 🖤Squats 4 x 8: Go up in weight every set, sometimes I warm up with the bar then add 5kg plates until my last set, I’m trying to slowly increase strength again in my squats.
🖤B-stance hip thrust 4 x 8 per leg: I haven’t done these in forever and forgot how effective they are if you can’t feel your glutes . I like these better than single leg hip thrusts because both feet are on the ground so you still have enough stability to use a barbell, but feel it dominantly on one side. Drive through the heel of your working side, place just the heels of your supporting side on the ground. 🖤Romanian deadlift 4 x 10: I really lower the weight compared to traditional deadlifts, then focus on slowly stretching the glutes and hamstrings while keeping your back straight. I love going to the full range of motion so I stand on a plate too, RDLs are super good for mobility. 🖤Standing cable abduction 3 x 12 per leg: These are no joke if you keep nice and stable the whole time, try not to lean too much to the side . AB CIRCUIT: 🔥Hip lift x 10 🔥Ab rollouts (I suck at these) x 5
