The more I travel the more I believe each person has places that ressonate with their energy and places that do not. #instagrammers almost got us hurt/killed in the #westbank FIRST a couple of points, 1. it was THEIR ACTIONS that endangered everyone NOT the location. If you go respectfully, it is SAFE. 2. Don’t risk ANYTHING for that photo. Everyone said don’t go. It was too dangerous. But I wanted to see #PALESTINE for myself. So I joined a day tour from Israel. It just so happened that on that day there were only women on the tour. Only I guess they didn’t get the memo about consertive dress. So much so that the guide bought them scarves to cover varies parts of themselves (which they complained about relentlessly & kept removing). And all was ok up until we were in the checkpoint line, several of these women began messing with the panhandlers. While taking a suggestive selfie through the window, one of the men grew very angry. he began POUNDING on the glass, eventually pushing his way onto the bus. Chaos ensued. The bus driver pushed him back & fell. Suddenly his friends were angry too & joined in accosting the driver. Meanwhile we were stuck in traffic & had no were to go. The bus driver got back in a maneuvered around to get us next in line, which then made both the men around the bus AND the Israeli soldiers angry. It was intense, downright scary. We recrossed the border safely but this situation was dangerous and STUPID. I am all for #solofemaletravel but they put as all in danger for what.. a sexy insta photo? We were six women alone (myself the only American) but if you don’t respect culture/people don’t go.

Day 02: One of the unique houses I've seen so far. Aside from being environment friendly structure, it is also built for strategic purpose. I think this is a house of a tribe leader. . . . #Zafventures #jakarta #indonesia #asiatravel #travelasia #travel #traveller #travelphotography #architecture #architecturedesign #travelgram #igtravel #igers #traveldiary #wanderlust #likeforlikes #wanderer #travelgoals #art #history #oldhouses #sumatra #rich #bourgeoisie #power

At #tombraidertemple #taphrom worlds heritage place 🔥😍 Ta Prohm is locating southwest of the East Mebon and east of Angkor Thom. Its outer enclosure is near the corner of Banteay Kdei. It can be accessed by enter the monument from the west and leave from the east entrance. Ta Prohm is especially serene and beautiful in the early morning. A torch and a compass are useful for visiting this temple at all times. It was built about mid-12th century to early 13th century (1186) by the King Jayavarman VII, dedicated to the mother of the king (Buddhist) replica to Bayon style of art. The trees growing out of the ruins are perhaps the most distinctive feature of Ta Prohm, and "have prompted more writers to descriptive excess than any other feature of Angkor."Two species predominate, but sources disagree on their identification: the larger is either the silk-cotton tree (Ceiba pentandra) or thitpok Tetrameles nudiflora, and the smaller is either the strangler fig (Ficus gibbosa). or gold apple (Diospyros decandra).Angkor scholar Maurice Glaize observed, "On every side, in fantastic over-scale, the trunks of the silk-cotton trees soar skywards under a shadowy green canopy, their long spreading skirts trailing the ground and their endless roots coiling more like reptiles than plants." #angkorwat #taphrom #tombraidertemple #camdiatradition #bigtrees #worldheritagesites #positivevibes #wanderer #wanderlust #travelinternational #cambodiadiaries #shotononeplus6

There's a difference between solitude and loneliness. I can understand the concept of being a monk for a while. Creativity itself doesn't care at all about results - the only thing it craves is the process. Learn to love the process and let whatever happens next happen, without fussing too much about it.. .
